Do you have non smoking rooms?
We regret that all rooms are smoking however we are sure to air the rooms properly before any arrival.
What facilities does my room have?
All rooms have airconditioning/heating, ceiling fan, satellite T.V., Radio, minibar, Tea & Coffee making facilities, hairdryer, safe.
Can you provide an iron & ironing board?
Please ask for this at reception once you arrive at the hotel, this will be prvided promptly.
Do all rooms have balconies?
No only superior inland rooms, all sea view rooms and suites. Standard rooms do not.
Check in & Check out times?
Check-in 14.00hrs and Check out 11.00hrs
Can I order gifts to be placed in clients rooms?
Yes, please email reservations@preluna.com with the items you would like to order be it champagne, flowers, chocolates etc
Do you have any rooms with double beds?
All rooms except for the suites have twin beds, we can offer double beds using zip up mattresses.
BEACH CLUB:
When is the outdoor pool open?
All Preluna guests are entitled to use the outdoor pool area and lido and no charge. This is open from 1st May to 31st October (weather permitting)
Is All-Inclusive available at the Lido Area?
Yes all-inclusive is available on most items served at the lido, please look at menus which are clearly marked
Do you offer water sports / Scuba diving?
Watersports are offered between May & October (weather permitting) at the Beach Club and Scuba Diving is offered all year round. The Dive school can be contacted on aquaarrigo@yahoo.com
Are beach towels provided at the pool area?
Yes we do provide beach towels at the pool area against a refundable deposit. There are no actual charges for towels.

What facilties are included for clients staying at the Preluna Hotel?
The Indoor pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi and Steam Rooms are all included for Preluna Clients. The gym area (included for "all-inclusive clients") and all treatments are at an extra cost.
Are towels free of charge at the Spa?
There is a small charge for towels at the Spa area, this is included for "All-Inclusive clients"

The Spa and Indoor Pool are open all year round

I have booked half board / Full Board which restaurant should I dine in?
Breakfast, Lunch and dinner are served in The main restaurant, which is the Triton.
Is there a dress code for the restaurant?
No however we ask that gentlemen wear trousers instead of shorts.
I have booked on Half Board, can I swap a dinner for a lunch on a day where I have excursions?
Yes this is possible by advising reception beforehand.
I have booked on Bed & Breakfast and would like to upgrade to Half Board during my stay, what are the charges?
To upgrade for 3 days or more, the charges are Euro12.00 per person per day. Should you wish to upgrade for 1 or 2 days, full price will be charged Euro15.75, less a 10% discount, Euro14.18.
Do you provide special meals?
We do provide meals which are suitable for lactose intolerant persons, vegetarians, celiac and will certainly try to accommodate the requests of other diets. If you require any specail meal please advise us before your arrival or speak to the Restaurant Manager on duty.

How far is Preluna from the airport?

How do I get to Preluna from the airport?
We offer transfers at Euro19 each way for up to 3 persons or at Euro28 each way for 4 to 8 persons. In order to book please send an email on reservations@preluna.com with your flight details.
I have booked a airport transfer with you, how will I recognise the driver?
The driver will be be waiting outside the customs area with a sign with your name on it, please do not pay the driver as this charge will be added to your hotel bill.
Does Preluna have a car park?
No unfortunately we do not however there is street parking available outside the hotel or a car park available 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Prices are available from http://www.cccp.com.mt/cccarpark/home.aspx

Is it safe to give my credit card on your online booking form?
Yes this is completely secure site.
How much do you charge my card?
When booking the tariff or best available rate 20% of the total is charged to your card as a deposit. When using all other special offer rates the total cost is charged to your card. Both transactions will be made upon reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
If the reservation is cancelled 48 hours before arrival when the tariff or best available rate is booked the 20% deposit is refunded (excluding a 10Euro admin charge). When all other special offer rates are booked the payment is non refundable.
What is our Prepaid Policy?
Credit Card used for pre-paid reservations must be presented at check-in. This is for the cardholder’s protection. If cardholder is not present, full payment will be taken on presented card, and the pre-payment will be credited back. Additional authorizations for incidental charges can be processed on separate card.
